Option 1: from your dashboard
- Sign in at app.ai4web.com
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Delete account & data
- Confirm by entering your email address
Option 2: by email
Email info@ai4web.in from the email address registered to your account. Include "Data deletion request" in the subject line.
What gets deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone, password hash)
- All saved build inputs (business information, services, photos)
- Generated website files held on our hosting infrastructure
- Lead-form submissions held on your behalf
- Stored payment-method references at our payment processors
What we retain (limited, lawful)
- Invoices and tax records required by Indian and applicable foreign tax law (typically 7 years)
- Anonymized usage logs that cannot be linked to your identity
- Records of any abuse-policy violations to prevent re-registration
Timeline
We acknowledge requests within two business days. Deletion is completed within 30 days. Backups containing your data are overwritten in the normal backup-rotation cycle within 90 days.
