These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI4WEB platform operated by AI4Web Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
AI4WEB is a website-builder platform that uses automated content generation, design templates and hosting infrastructure to help users publish local-business websites. The service includes the wizard interface, the build worker, hosted-site delivery and supporting tools.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, payments & renewals
Pricing is displayed on the Pricing page in your dashboard. Business plans are paid one-time and grant build credits valid for ninety days. Agency plans are paid monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. All fees are exclusive of taxes; GST is added for Indian customers.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: all business plans are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Agency subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the paid period.
5. Your content & ownership
You retain all rights in the inputs you provide and in the websites generated for you. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide license to use the generated output (HTML, copy, images we licensed for you) for any lawful purpose including downloading the ZIP and self-hosting elsewhere. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your inputs.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Service level
We target the uptime described in our SLA. We make commercially reasonable efforts but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose security or legal risk.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence where applicable.
