These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI4WEB platform operated by AI4Web Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
AI4WEB is a website-builder platform that uses automated content generation, design templates and hosting infrastructure to help users publish local-business websites. The service includes the wizard interface, the build worker, hosted-site delivery and supporting tools.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
3. Subscriptions, payments & renewals
AI4WEB offers a single plan: the Local Website Plan, priced at $199 per year. The plan is billed annually in advance and automatically renews each year unless you cancel. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract — the plan renews annually and you can cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing info@ai4web.in. Domain registration and managed hosting are included with the plan for as long as your subscription is active. Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page. All fees are exclusive of taxes; GST is added for Indian customers. If a recurring payment fails we will retry and notify you by email; accounts with continued payment failures may be suspended after notice.
4. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: your first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days you can cancel any time; your site stays live until the end of the current billing period, no further billing cycles are charged, and your domain always stays yours.
5. User content & ownership
You own your content and your domain. You retain all rights in the inputs you provide (text, images, business details) and in the website generated for you. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide license to use the generated output (HTML, copy, and images we licensed for your build) for any lawful purpose. You can download your entire website as a ZIP file at any time and self-host it elsewhere; cancelling your subscription never locks in your content or your domain. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your inputs and for holding the rights to any content you upload. We may reference anonymized, non-identifying aspects of generated sites to improve the service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. Among other things, you may not use the service to publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content; to send spam or run phishing campaigns; to host malware; or to probe, scan or attack our infrastructure or other sites. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practicable.
7. Service availability
Customer websites are served from our managed hosting infrastructure. We target the monthly uptime described in our SLA and perform maintenance during scheduled, announced windows. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic volumes, or lead volumes, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose security or legal risk. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will provide notice where practicable and refund any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, you may cancel before it takes effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence where applicable.
