Our 4-Month Lead Guarantee
We don't believe in charging you for a website that isn't doing its job. Every AI4WEB Business plan is backed by our 4-Month Lead Guarantee: if your local website has not generated at least one qualified business lead within 120 days of going live, your billing is automatically paused. You are not charged for any further billing cycles until your site starts producing leads.
There's nothing to request and no form to fill out — our system tracks lead activity on your site (contact form submissions, click-to-call taps and other tracked conversions) and pauses billing automatically once the 120-day window closes without a qualified lead.
What happens during a paused billing period
- Your website stays live, hosted and fully functional — nothing is taken down.
- Our team reviews your site's content, schema and location pages, and makes optimization changes at no extra cost to help generate leads.
- No charges are applied for any billing cycle while your account remains in paused status.
- As soon as a qualified lead is recorded on your site, normal billing resumes from your next cycle.
What counts as a qualified lead
A qualified lead is any tracked contact form submission, click-to-call tap, or other conversion event captured through your AI4WEB dashboard from a genuine visitor to your website. Test submissions from your own team, spam submissions and duplicate entries are excluded.
Agency subscription cancellations
You may cancel an Agency subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period. The 4-Month Lead Guarantee applies to Business plans; Agency plans are governed by the cancellation terms in your subscription agreement.
Cancelling instead of waiting
If you'd rather cancel than wait out the guarantee period, you can cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing info@ai4web.in. Your domain remains yours regardless of when you cancel.
What's outside the guarantee
- Custom domain registration fees passed through from third-party registrars are non-refundable once purchased.
- Add-on credits or additional sites purchased separately from your primary Business plan are not covered by the 4-Month Lead Guarantee.
- The guarantee covers billing pauses, not cash refunds of amounts already paid for cycles in which a qualified lead was recorded.
