The Local Website Plan — billing and cancellations
The Local Website Plan is billed annually. Your first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, email info@ai4web.in for a full refund. After 30 days, cancel anytime; your site stays live until the end of the billing period. The plan is $199 per year, billed annually in advance, with no setup fee and no long-term contract.
What's refundable
- First payment — 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full, no questions asked.
- Terminations by us. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach of our Terms of Service, we refund any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription.
What happens when you cancel
- Your website stays live and fully functional until the end of the current billing period.
- Your domain always stays yours — you can move it to any registrar whenever you like.
- You can export the entire website as a ZIP and self-host it anywhere, so neither your domain nor your content is ever locked in.
What's non-refundable
- Renewal payments after day 30. Renewals can be cancelled going forward at any time, but billing cycles that have already started are non-refundable and are not pro-rated — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered, because registrars do not reverse registrations. The domain remains registered to you and fully transferable.
- Consumed services. Additional sites or services purchased separately are non-refundable once provisioned or consumed.
How to request a refund
Email info@ai4web.in from the address on your account and include:
- Your account email or website URL
- The date and amount of the payment you're asking about
- The reason for your request (optional, but it helps us improve)
You can also cancel first from your dashboard and then email us about a specific payment — either order works.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The exact time it takes for the money to appear back on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, which can add a further 2–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund request where it is abusive: accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy (for example spam, fraud or malware), requests made after the 30-day window for a first-payment refund, repeated refund-and-repurchase cycles, or chargebacks filed without first contacting us. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
