Agency subscription cancellations
You may cancel an Agency subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period. We do not refund unused portions of a monthly billing cycle unless a service-credit obligation under our SLA applies.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay).
- Indian customers paying via Razorpay typically see refunds within 5–7 business days; international cards via Stripe within 5–10 business days; PayPal refunds are usually instant.
- GST originally collected on Indian invoices is refunded along with the principal amount.
- If you used a coupon, the refund amount equals the net amount you actually paid.
What's not refundable
- Add-on credits or sites purchased separately, after the initial 30-day window
- Custom domain registration fees passed through from third-party registrars
- Subscriptions cancelled more than 30 days after first purchase (only the current period remains active)
