Your rights under GDPR
- Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your personal data — see Data Deletion.
- Right to restrict processing: ask us to limit how we process your data.
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to object: object to processing for marketing or based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you previously gave.
- Right to lodge a complaint: with the data-protection authority in your country.
Exercising your rights
Email info@ai4web.in with your request. We will respond within 30 days. If we need to verify your identity, we may ask for additional information — only as much as necessary.
Legal bases for processing
We process personal data on the following lawful bases: contract (to provide the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (operating, securing and improving the service), consent (analytics and marketing where consent is required), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, regulatory).
International transfers
Where personal data of EU/UK residents is transferred outside the EU/UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent transfer mechanisms with our sub-processors.
