AI4Web Private Limited ("AI4WEB", "we", "us", "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.
1. Information we collect
Account information: when you create an account we collect your name, email address, country and (optionally) phone number and business name.
Website-build inputs: the business information you enter into the build wizard (services, locations, photos, credentials, contact details) so we can generate your website.
Payment information: we use third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay). Card details go directly to those processors; we store only a payment-method reference, the amount, and the result of the transaction.
Usage and device information: we collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps to operate, secure and improve the service. Cookies are used for authentication and analytics — see our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use information
- To provide and operate the service, including generating websites from your inputs
- To process payments, send invoices and manage your subscription
- To send service-related communications (account, billing, technical updates)
- To respond to support requests and improve the product
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam and abuse
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Service sub-processors that are essential to operating the platform (categories listed on our Sub-processors page)
- Payment processors required to complete transactions you initiate
- Government bodies when required by valid legal process
- Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
4. Data retention
We retain account and build data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion we retain only information legally required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes — typically seven years for financial records under Indian regulations.
5. Your rights

6. Data security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including: encryption of data in transit over HTTPS/TLS; encryption of sensitive data at rest; access controls that limit personal data to personnel who need it to do their jobs; least-privilege internal permissions and audit logging; regular backups of the platform; and monitoring for suspicious activity. We review these measures as the service evolves. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; we encourage strong, unique passwords on your account. 7. Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and in jurisdictions where a higher age of digital consent or majority applies (for example up to 16 in parts of the EU or 18 in some countries), we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone below that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. International transfers
Our servers and sub-processors operate in multiple jurisdictions including India, the European Union and the United States. When personal data of EU/UK residents is transferred outside the EU/UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms, together with supplementary measures such as encryption in transit and at rest. 9. Your choices
You have meaningful choices about your data:
- Access and correction: update your account details at any time in your dashboard, or email us to request a copy or correction of your data.
- Cookies: manage analytics and marketing cookies through your browser settings and any consent banner shown on our site — see our Cookie Policy for what we set and why.
- Marketing email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; service emails about billing and your account are necessary and cannot be switched off while your subscription is active.
- Deletion: you can close your account and request deletion of your data — see Data Deletion. Your exported website ZIP and your domain always remain yours.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
