Account information: when you create an account we collect your name, email address, country and (optionally) phone number and business name.
Website-build inputs: the business information you enter into the build wizard (services, locations, photos, credentials, contact details) so we can generate your website.
Payment information: we use third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay). Card details go directly to those processors; we store only a payment-method reference, the amount, and the result of the transaction.
Usage and device information: we collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps to operate, secure and improve the service. Cookies are used for authentication and analytics — see our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use information
- To provide and operate the service, including generating websites from your inputs
- To process payments, send invoices and manage your subscription
- To send service-related communications (account, billing, technical updates)

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

We retain account and build data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion we retain only information legally required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes — typically seven years for financial records under Indian regulations.

Our servers and sub-processors operate in multiple jurisdictions including India, the European Union and the United States. When personal data of EU/UK residents is transferred outside the EU/UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
